Joe Weaver graduated from Stroudsburg High School and attended Lehigh University, where he majored in Computer Engineering.  He worked his way through college by working several jobs in the field of Information Technology, and in 2001, Joe Weaver earned a bachelor of science degree in Computer Engineering.  Joe Weaver is widely recognized for his ability to troubleshoot difficult information technology problems and is considered by many to be a subject matter expert in Windows Server and related technologies.

Joe Weaver is an information technologist with extensive experience. Although Joe Weaver's primary subject matter expertise is in Windows Server and related technologies, he has a wealth of knowledge in many facets of IT and is widely recognized for his ability to quickly grasp new situations and find root causes of problems in all computer systems.
